Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RMR Dynamics, Florian Römer, Ulberndorfer Weg 9, 01277 Dresden, email: contact@rmr-dynamics.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special note (digital content / service)

If you request that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete provision of the service, provided you have expressly agreed that the Provider may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed this agreement in writing or in text form. When paid services are made available, this consent will be requested separately in the checkout.
